Challenges and Solutions of Rural Education in China
In the Stanford Program on International and Cross-Cultural Education—China Scholars Program, I spent four months learning about modern China, including its education, politics, culture, and more. Having always been interested in education, I chose to research the inequality between rural and urban Chinese schools. Domestic Violence and the Justice System in Sri Lanka
Driven by the legal injustices I saw during my work with Sisters at Law, I wanted to research why so many domestic violence survivors in Sri Lanka faced an unequal justice system. So in June of 2025, I started working with Dr. Saradamoyee Chatterjee to answer this question. I am still in the process of collecting and analyzing papers on this subject.
Rise in Conflicts: The Explanation for the Increase of Conflicts Post-Cold War
Inspired by my history class and the constant news about arising conflicts, I decided to research why conflicts have surged, as well as how they have changed, in the post-Cold War era.
